Dearly beloved wife of the late Jim Birtles, much loved and loving mum of Susan, Steven, Dave and Jane, dear mother-in-law of Alan and Julie, devoted nan of Sarah, Jon, Emma, Matthew, Sam and Jo, a treasured great-nan and great-great-nan, dearly loved daughter of the late Lily and Arthur, cherished sister of Brenda and a dear aunty and great-aunty. Joan will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. The funeral cortege will leave her home in Shelton on Wednesday 8th March for service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 1.00pm. Would relatives kindly accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at Carmountside. Family flowers only please.
